Clear as Day

Relationship Coach

Stop having the same fight twice.

Clear as Day is a private journal that talks back with warmth and clarity. It helps you spot the patterns behind your arguments and practice calmer ways to respond.

This is a coaching program, not therapy.

Private to you. Your partner can’t see what you write.

Your Personal Areas

Relationship Coach

Work through conflicts, uncover recurring dynamics, and find constructive ways to communicate with your partner. A non-judgmental space to vent and reflect.

Mindfulness

Ground yourself before reacting. Learn to observe your emotions without being swept away by them, building resilience and calm in challenging moments.

Concepts to Know

Short lessons on core beliefs, communication styles, empathy, pausing, recognizing abuse, and listening well, each with an example and a practice. Free to read with any account, and required reading before relationship coaching.

How it works

  1. 1

    Write about what happened.

Put the argument, the moment, or the feeling into words, in your own time and your own way.

  2. 2

Clear as Day helps you see the pattern.

Warm, thoughtful questions help you notice what keeps repeating: the triggers, the beliefs, the moves you both make.

  3. 3

Practice a calmer response for next time.

Rehearse what you might say or do differently, so the next hard moment goes a little better.

See it in action

An illustrative example written for this page. It is not a real member’s conversation.

Example
We argued about the dishes again. I said I always end up doing everything, and they just went quiet and left the room.
That sounds frustrating, and lonely too. When you said “always,” what were you hoping they would hear underneath it?
I guess that I’m tired, and I want to feel like we’re a team.
That’s worth noticing. “Always” can land as blame, and withdrawing may be how they protect themselves from it. Next time, what might it sound like to start with “I’m tired and I miss feeling like a team”?

Questions

Who is it for?+

Adults who want to understand and improve how they handle conflict in a relationship. It is designed for individual use: you work on your own patterns and responses. It is not for situations involving abuse, violence, or crisis. If you are in danger or crisis, use the Get Help Now button below or contact emergency services.

Is it private?+

Your journal is private to you. There is no partner sharing feature, so your partner can’t see what you write through Clear as Day. Anyone who has your account login or uses a shared, signed-in device could see your entries, so keep your credentials to yourself. Your writing is processed and stored electronically so the program can respond and remember your work across sessions; see the Privacy Policy below for details.

Is this therapy?+

No. This is a coaching program, not therapy, counseling, or medical or mental health treatment. It does not diagnose conditions and does not replace a licensed professional.

Can I cancel anytime?+

Yes. You can cancel your membership any time from your account page. Access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.
